| Add me to the list. I have tried to update from the 'Check for Updates' A message comes up asking me if I want to install 'automator 2.5..... then it says the file cannot be found and shuts down the update and the program. I have a recording session planned for tomorrow. Any chance of getting this fixed?

| I have problems with the update process.
I used the help menu, it confirms that there is a new version, in the dialog box which appears I click 'Update Now' and the download begins. When the file download status reaches 100% the application closes automatically and then nothing else happens.
I re-open Studio One and it is the same version (2.5)
I will try and find where the application has hidden all these downloads and try to do it manually.

edit, OK - I found the downloads but there's nothing I can do with them, as they are called names like.

| Go straight to the progarm file and check its version and launch it and see. Maybe your shortcut is pointing to another directory or something, dunno. |

It does have the version number at the top under the title for Studio One 2. the installers are labeled with out the version numbers but are updated, I was able to update from there. |

'Current' is always the latest version in the second direct link. In this case, 2.51. Look at the file date of today.

this is the file which I downloaded from my account, it reports that it is version 2.5.0.20189
meanwhile the 'action' package which does nothing but close the program reports this.
but I can do nothing with it.
In short : the manual download version in my account is old, the automated version is new, but fails |

| Hey guys, shot a message to the PreSonus folks regarding Maintenance Update issues. At first it appeared to be Mac specific, but now I am seeing PC issues as well. My update through the updater went flawless as well as some others, but there is some kind of issue here. If I hear anything reportable I will post here.
